Production Red Chickens
Are vigorous bird and will become a favorite of yours as they lays large brown eggs right through hot or cold weather. The Production Red breed is produced by utilizing crosses between New Hampshires and Rhode Islands Reds.Their coloring is similar to a Rhode Island but is not as consistent as they vary from dark to light. Standard weights at maturity for males-8 1/2 lbs. and hens-6 1/2 lbs
